Queens of the Secret Wall Tattoos?
Not sure where the info came from, but a little bird whispered that this crazy art project is how the Queens spend their off hours while on the road. Yeah, it’s rock and roll as hell, but still somehow much less debauchery filled than the rock clichés would have you think. Anyway, pretty damn cool, even if it is a bit disillusioning. Now all you need to do is tear your next hotel room apart and you’ll have yourself a QOTSA original work of art. Since it doesn’t explain it on the site, the idea is they take art off the wall (or a headboard/toilet tank) and create a “tattoo” in it’s place, then they put everything back, so no one knows it’s there. Must be a drag to not be able to see the person’s face when they finally remodel the room.
