Beth’s Back
Beth Orton is back after a bit of a hiatus. Below are a few links to the first video from her new album, Comfort of Strangers, which is due to appear in the bins on February 7th. It will be a very welcome return for those of us who have been following Beth from the beginning; it’s been way too long since we’ve had anything new. I have to say, I’m not blown away by the video, it looks like it was filmed just outside the town where Sesame Street is filmed, using production values the likes of which I haven’t seen since Robbie Benson knocked them dead in Ice Castles. The song is awesome, though.
