Almost five years ago, after searching high and low for a source, we got a package from a tiny distributor in Ireland and in the box was a bunch of copies of a record called O. That's right, Damien Rice came to us in an anonymous box from Ireland. After we got the box open we sold 60% of the order before the record even finished its first time around. Needless to say we're still passionate about Damien and incredibly flattered that he has agreed to recreate the magic of that first listen with a very special, very intimate, private show here on our little stage. You read that right, Damien Rice will be playing songs from his new album, 9, for the first time ever before a live audience, right here at Fingerprints. I can think of nothing cooler. We're expecting that you've already etched the songs from Damien's debut O into your DNA, so here's a sneak peek at the new album.

We are sorry to report that all wristbands for this private event have
now been handed out, there will be no additional wristbands released
and none available at the door. As a consolation, we will be giving a
free copy of the above poster with all CDs purchased during the first
week of release, we realize it's not a wristband, but hopefully you'll
agree it would be a nice addition to your decor. Keep your eyes on our
