Nothing like kicking July off with a bang, and this particular double-header, double return visit, night of musical celebration should be one for the books.

Greg Laswell is coming back in to kick off his new album, Three Flights From Alto Nido, and if you know this Long Beach native (or if you caught him last time he was here, or if you've seen him win at The San Diego Music Awards) you know what a score this is for us; Greg's songs are rich and resonant; filled with heartbreak, redemption, and a ridiculous knack for epic song-craft; imagine the wistfulness of Travis, the pure-pop of Beck- at his best, and a touch of the grandeur of Coldplay all filtered through Greg's California experience. Greg's songs have been featured on the television shows Grey's Anatomy, The Hills, Numb3rs, and One Tree Hill.
