If you've been living in a cave you might have missed the news that to celebrate the release of Alone II: The Home Recordings of Rivers Cuomo, Rivers stopped in to play for us. He didn't bring any gear or other members of Weezer, in fact we did an open call for folks to bring their gear and their talent and it was incredible! We had a Banjo, too many guitars to count, and enough other instruments to have a street-wide Guys & Dolls musical rumble. (I have no idea where that image came from, but enjoy it while it lasts). Anyway, it was a crazy spectacular evening of music and good feelings and it got written up in Rolling Stone, Spin, and the front page of the Press Telegram. It also got mad love from Pitchfork and numerous other blogs and websites, but the one thing none of them could bring you is the performance. Fingerprints however, can deliver just that in either a highlight CD or super-deluxe DVD package.
